Customer Compensation Policy

Herbalife Nutrition guarantees the quality of all products bearing the Herbalife Nutrition name and certifies that the products made for it meet high purity and quality standards for use by our customers.

We are confident that our consumers will find our products satisfactory in every respect. However, if for any reason, a retail customer is not completely satisfied with any Herbalife Nutrition product purchased from an Independent Herbalife Nutrition Partner, the Customer may request a refund from the Independent Partner.

Herbalife Nutrition products have a 30 day money back guarantee. The 30-day period begins on the date the customer receives the product. When a customer requests the warranty to go into effect, the Independent Partners must respond promptly and kindly to their request. Independent Affiliates should offer the customer the option of a full refund of the purchase or credit for the purchase of other Herbalife Nutrition products in accordance with product return procedures.

The customer will be instructed to return the unused portion of the product, or the original product labels, or empty product containers, along with a copy of the retail receipt to the Independent Affiliate from which the customer purchased the product.

Herbalife Nutrition’s Customer Compensation Policy is limited to the terms of the specific warranties listed on our products and does not apply to any product that has been intentionally damaged or misused.
